Basic salary range of £32,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
Realistic bonus potential of over £12,000 annually
Monday to Friday working pattern, 08:30 am to 5:30 pm
1 in 3 Saturdays, paid at overtime rates

Conducting vehicle servicing, diagnosis, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
Communicating effectively with the parts and service teams regarding vehicle status and ETA
Engaging with customers to provide technical guidance and explanations
Attending manufacturer training courses to maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health and safety practices
Contributing to the overall efficiency and customer satisfaction of the workshopRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in the motor trade
Qualified at Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle repair and maintenance
Familiarity with the latest vehicle technology
Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality workmanship
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
