We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major public realm scheme in Leeds, starting tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities

Setting out and surveying for civil engineering and public realm works

Working closely with Site Managers and the wider engineering team

Checking levels, dimensions and coordinates
-
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications

Maintaining accurate site records and quality documentation
-
Supporting quality control and ensuring works meet required standards
-
Liaising with subcontractors and site teams
-
Identifying and resolving technical issues on site
Requirements
-
Previous experience working as a Site Engineer within civil engineering/public realm projects
-
Strong setting out and surveying experience
-
Competent with relevant surveying equipment
-
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
-
CSCS qualification
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Previous experience on highways, infrastructure, streetscape or public realm schemes would be highly advantageous
Package
-
£300–£380 per shift, depending on experience

3-month contract
