Asbestos Analyst
Gravesend, Kent | Covering London and the South East
£38-42,000 per annum depending on experience
An established and growing environmental consultancy is looking for an experienced Asbestos Analyst to join their team.
Working across London and the surrounding areas, you’ll carry out a varied range of asbestos-related work, including:
Air monitoring and 4SCs
Asbestos management surveys
Refurbishment & demolition surveys
Bulk sampling and analysis
Accurate reporting and client documentation
About you
We’re looking for someone with relevant industry qualifications, such as BOHS P402, P403 and/or P404, or equivalent. You’ll ideally have previous experience in asbestos analysis, with a strong understanding of UK asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, health & safety and quality standards.
You’ll also need:
A valid UK driving licence
Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good IT skills and confidence using electronic reporting systems
A professional approach to clients and site work
Experience working within UKAS/ISO-accredited environments would be advantageous
