Our client is seeking Childrens Residential Support Workers to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition to permanent positions. This is a flexible opportunity available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering shifts that can be tailored to suit your availability. The role is paid at £14.00 per hour and provides meaningful work supporting children in a residential setting.

Supported Living for young people 16-18 years of age Preferred Requirements
Experience working with children in a care, education, or support setting
Ability to build positive relationships and provide emotional support to young people
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends where required
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles Preferred Qualifications
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, Childcare, or a related field
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance or willingness to obtain one
First Aid or Paediatric First Aid certification, or willingness to complete training
