This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to join a reputable dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary up to £35,000 plus bonus
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Established and respected main dealerDuties of the Aftersales Advisor:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process
Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer appointments efficiently
Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain work recommendations
Keep customers informed of vehicle status during repairs
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
Identify additional sales opportunities and maximise Aftersales revenue
Prepare detailed job cards and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership proceduresRequirements of the Aftersales Advisor:
Previous experience within an automotive Service or Parts environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident and professional manner when dealing with customers
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Commercial awareness and sales opportunity recognition
Positive, team-oriented attitude as the Aftersales Advisor
