We are looking for an experienced Commercial Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who is confident working in commercial environments and looking for a stable role with no out-of-hours call-outs.
You will be responsible for carrying out service, repair and installation work across a range of commercial sites, providing a professional and reliable service to our customers.
The Role

Carrying out planned and reactive service and repair work within commercial settings.

Installing equipment and systems to a high standard.

Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs.

Completing testing, inspection and commissioning where required.

Maintaining accurate service and job records.

Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant health and safety procedures.

Representing the company professionally when working on customer sites.

Working independently while maintaining good communication with the wider team.
Working Hours
-
Monday to Friday – standard working hours.
-
No out-of-hours work or call-out rota.
-
1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis.

Saturday work paid at time and a half.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have:

Proven experience as a Commercial Engineer or in a similar engineering role.

Strong experience in service, repair and installation.

Experience working within commercial environments.

Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.

A strong commitment to health and safety and quality workmanship.

Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.

A full UK driving licence.
