Fall Protection / Height Safety Engineer
Location: Rochester – Covering London & South East
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Van
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

A well-established, family-owned height safety specialist is recruiting an experienced Fall Protection Engineer to join their team based in Rochester.
Supporting commercial and high-profile sites across London and the South East, this is an
excellent opportunity to join a well-respected business offering stable long-term work,
minimal nights away, and genuine support for its engineers.
What’s on offer:

Up to £45,000 basic salary, depending on experience

38.5-hour week, including paid lunch

Overtime: time and a half (Monday to Saturday), double time (Sunday)

Mostly London & South East work – minimal working away & no building site work

The role:
-
Install, inspect, test and maintain fall protection systems
-
Work on lifelines, anchors, guardrails and height safety systems
-
Carry out inspections and remedial works
-
Complete all relevant paperwork accurately

Deliver a high standard of customer service on-site

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry standards
What they’re looking for:

Proven hands-on experience within fall protection or height safety
-
Strong knowledge of BS 7883
-
Comfortable working at height
-
Reliable, organised and professional
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Must be able to commute to Rochester
