We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable automotive dealership in Bishop's Stortford. Competitive basic salary between £32,000 and £45,000 per annum
Uncapped bonus scheme based on efficiency, with average monthly earnings from £500 to £2,000
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break
One in three Saturdays, working from 8am to 5pm

Servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
Conducting diagnostics and fault finding efficiently
Carrying out routine inspections and maintenance work
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to high quality standards
Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
Collaborating effectively with the service team to ensure customer satisfactionRequirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Technician
Full automotive technician qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
