Sapien are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator to join a established UK manufacturer specialising in bespoke filtration and engineered process solutions based in Camberley. This is a hands on manufacturing role focused on the fabrication and welding of stainless steel housings and associated components used within specialist filtration systems.
Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and fabricate stainless steel housings to specification

Carry out TIG and MIG welding activities to a high standard

Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately

Support the development of tooling and improved manufacturing methods

Ensure all completed products meet required quality standards

Work closely with production and inspection teams throughout manufacture

Assist with maintenance and upkeep of production equipment

Support the manufacture of bespoke and specialist engineered products
Experience Required
-
Proven TIG welding experience on stainless steel

Previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing workshop

Ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings

Consistent and accurate fabrication and welding capability

• Experience with sheet metal work and MIG welding would be advantageous
