Sales Administrator
Luxury Automotive Retailer | Orpington | £30,000-£33,000 Basic Salary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a prestigious luxury automotive retailer based in Orpington.
Working as part of the finance and administration team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the vehicle sales process runs smoothly from vehicle acquisition through to customer handover and invoicing.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the administration process from vehicle purchase through to sale
Checking vehicles for outstanding finance, mileage discrepancies and other potential issues
Ensuring all vehicle documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
Processing vehicle invoices and sales documentation
Carrying out regular audit and compliance checks
Working closely with Sales Executives to ensure smooth and efficient customer handovers
Maintaining accurate vehicle records and keeping internal systems up to date
Managing your own workload and prioritising tasks effectively
Supporting the wider finance team during busy periods
About You
We're looking for an experienced Sales Administrator from a motor dealership environment who has excellent attention to detail and understands the importance of accuracy and compliance.
You'll ideally have:
Previous Sales Administration experience within a car dealership
Excellent attention to detail
Good knowledge of dealership processes and vehicle documentation
Experience with Kerridge or CDK - desirable
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
A professional, friendly and approachable manner
The flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

£30,000-£33,000 Basic Salary
5-day working week
1 weekend day per week
Monday-Friday hours typically 9.00am-6.00pm
