Pay / salary: Up to £42,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus + Overtime DOE & Qualifications (Extra 1.5k on salary for MOT license holders)

Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, with Saturday rota and approved overtime where required

Skills and experience
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, NVQ/City & Guilds, or equivalent; Level 2 qualified Technicians with strong dealership or workshop experience may also be considered
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or similar workshop role
Own tools suitable for day-to-day workshop duties
Job Responsibilities for the Vehicle Technician role
Carry out servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repair work on customer vehicles to manufacturer and franchise standards.
Use diagnostic equipment and workshop processes to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
Replace parts, lubricants, and consumables as required, ensuring all work is completed correctly first time.
Complete accurate service records, job cards, and repair documentation in line with company procedures.
Carry out electronic vehicle health checks and highlight any additional maintenance or safety work required.
Work professionally with Service Advisors, workshop control, and colleagues to support customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
