About the Role
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
You will help promote independence, dignity and wellbeing while supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals and may support individuals who display challenging behaviour.
The role also involves maintaining accurate care records and following safeguarding, health and safety, and care procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience within mental health, care or support services

Current restraint / physical intervention training is essential

PMVA, CPI, MAPA, Breakaway or equivalent recognised training is desirable

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A professional, reliable and compassionate approach

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays

Right to work in the UK

Satisfactory references and relevant employment checks
