As Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your section and help deliver flavour-packed, consistently well-presented dishes. Working within a friendly pub kitchen in Stow-on-the-Wold, you'll be trusted to work independently while receiving plenty of support from an experienced team.
You will:
Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Run your section efficiently during busy services
Complete preparation and maintain excellent organisation
Work closely with the wider kitchen team
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Manage changing priorities calmly under pressure
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive kitchen environmentWhat we're looking for
The successful Chef de Partie will have previous experience in a pub, restaurant or similar fresh-food kitchen and take genuine pride in their work.
You'll also need:
Confidence running a section
Good organisational and time-management skills
High standards of cleanliness and presentation
The ability to work efficiently and independently
A positive, enthusiastic and team-focused approach
