Duties will include:

Regular review of debtor credit limits

Chasing overdue debt over telephone and email

Monitoring policies to ensure adequate limits are in place

Assist clients with the running and understanding of their facility

Meeting set KPI’s

Ensure client records are kept up to date

Attendance at Portfolio meetings as required
Previous credit control experience is essential. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
