Managing recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement
Working towards clear targets and earning commission when you deliverYou'll be given the training and support to learn the job properly, but this isn't a role where you can sit back and wait for things to happen.
The people who do well here are proactive, resilient and want to push themselves.
Who are we looking for?
You might be coming from sales, hospitality, sport, retail, customer service or straight from college or university.
Your background matters less than how you approach things.

Can handle setbacks and keep going
Wants to earn more by performing well
Takes feedback and wants to improve
