We're seeking experienced Furniture Sprayers, Finishers and Preppers to join our team producing high-end bespoke joinery and cabinetry.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in furniture, joinery, or cabinet manufacturing

Proven experience in furniture preparation, spraying, or finishing

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Experience working on luxury bespoke furniture or joinery

Knowledge of specialist finishing systems and techniques advantageous
What You'll Do:

Prepare and finish bespoke joinery components

Apply primers, lacquers, top coats and specialist finishes

Ensure consistently high-quality workmanship

Carry out quality checks and maintain finishing equipment

Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines
