We are urgently recruiting for the position of Roadside Technician to join our client’s reputable team in Shepherds Bush. This role offers a unique chance for experienced motor trade professionals to develop their career within a dynamic roadside support environment. As a Roadside Technician, you will be the key point of contact supporting drivers across Shepherds Bush and West London, providing immediate solutions to breakdowns and technical issues.
Our client is seeking skilled Roadside Technicians who are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults efficiently. The ideal individual will demonstrate strong communication skills, flexibility, and a customer-focused approach.

Flexible shifts scheduled between 6am and 12am, with rotas issued 12 months in advance

Full support with state-of-the-art vehicle technology and diagnostic equipmentDuties of a Roadside Technician:
Respond promptly to roadside breakdowns across Shepherds Bush and surrounding areas
Conduct diagnostics, electrical repairs, and mechanical repairs on a diverse range of vehicle makes and models
Assess faults efficiently and implement effective repairs at roadside locations
Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions
Complete relevant documentation and reports following repairs
Utilise diagnostic tools to identify faults and advise customers accordingly
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Support the team with additional technical tasks as requiredRequirements of a Roadside Technician:
Full UK Driving Licence
Minimum Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
At least 2 years of post-qualification experience as a vehicle technician
Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs
Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently
Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends (up to 50% on rota)
