Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker looking for your next locum opportunity in London?
3D Recruit is currently recruiting for a Qualified Adult Social Worker to join a local authority team, offering a competitive rate of £30–£32 per hour.
The Role
You will manage a varied and complex caseload, supporting adults with a range of care and support needs. The role will involve:

Completing Care Act assessments, reviews and support planning

Managing complex cases and developing person-centred support plans

Undertaking Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions

Conducting safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014

Coordinating complex discharge planning and community support
-
Working closely with health professionals and multidisciplinary teams
-
Promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for adults
-
Maintaining accurate case records and producing high-quality reports
-
Providing professional support and guidance to less experienced colleagues

Ensuring statutory duties are delivered in line with legislation and local authority procedures
What We're Looking For

Social Work degree or equivalent qualification
-
Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
-
Minimum 2 years' post-qualifying experience
-
Strong knowledge of UK adult social care legislation and practice
-
Experience managing complex adult social care cases
-
Right to work in the UK
