We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Service Receptionist to join a busy main dealership in Hemel Hempstead. Previous motor trade experience is not essential, with applications welcomed from strong customer service candidates with the right attitude and communication skills.

Salary: £31,307 basic | OTE £45,707
Certified Salary: £32,529 basic | OTE £46,929
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with 1-hour lunch | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–2:00pm

Maintain accurate customer, booking and vehicle records

Previous Service Advisor or automotive Aftersales experience is not essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and by telephone
Good organisation and ability to manage multiple customer bookings
