Job Duties:

Providing practical and emotional support to individuals in need.

Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Supporting individuals with daily activities and encouraging their independence.

Monitoring and recording individual progress and any changes in behaviour or health.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals.
Required Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
Education:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.
