We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Engineer for a long-term project in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned engineer with strong experience in RC frame and groundworks to join a major project for over 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day engineering activities on site.
- Supervise setting-out works.
- Oversee engineering works across RC frame and groundworks packages.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Carry out quality checks, surveys and as-built records.
- Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and project teams.
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer / Senior Site Engineer.
- Strong experience in RC Frame and Groundworks - essential.
- Excellent setting-out and surveying skills.
- Experience using Leica TS16 / Total Station is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Valid CSCS Card – essential.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
