Key Responsibilities
-
Lead financial support for Adult Social Care.

Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial monitoring processes.

Provide strategic financial advice to senior managers and elected members.

Support complex health and social care funding arrangements.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and challenge where appropriate.

Attend and present at boards and committees when required.
Requirements:
-
Strong Finance Business Partnering experience within local government.
-
Knowledge of hospital admissions and care board
-
Adult Social Care finance experience is highly desirable.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Qualified accountant (CIPFA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or qualified by experience.
