We are currently recruiting for an experienced Trade Counter Sales professional to join a well-established business within the windows and doors industry.
This is a customer-focused role where you will be responsible for supporting trade customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and quotations, and helping to deliver an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Serving customers at the trade counter and over the telephone.

Taking and processing customer orders accurately.

Preparing quotations and providing product information.

Building strong relationships with existing trade customers.

Following up enquiries and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.

Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.

Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and delivery departments.

Promoting additional products and services where appropriate.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring orders are processed correctly.

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the trade counter.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in trade counter, internal sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Experience within windows, doors, glazing, building materials or construction would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A confident, friendly and professional manner.

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Good IT and numeracy skills.

A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.

A genuine interest in developing customer relationships and driving sales.
