Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Support Worker to join us on an ad-hoc shift basis in Chester.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting with appointments, activities and community access where required.

Monitoring wellbeing and identifying any changes or concerns.

Maintaining accurate records and following care and safeguarding procedures.

Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a safe and positive environment.
About You
We are looking for reliable, caring and enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine passion for supporting others. Previous experience within healthcare, social care, supported living or a similar environment is desirable, although transferable experience will be considered.
