About the Role
Our client is a well-established automotive business with a busy bodyshop in Doncaster, and they are currently looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join their growing team.
This role will focus on repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork following accident damage, ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition and repaired to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles

Assess accident damage and determine the appropriate repair methods

Repair, replace and align damaged body panels

Carry out welding and structural repairs where required

Use specialist bodyshop tools and equipment safely and effectively

Ensure panels are correctly aligned and fitted

Work closely with MET Technicians and Paint Technicians throughout the repair process

Complete repairs in line with manufacturer and industry standards

Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation

Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
Requirements

Proven experience as a Panel Technician / Panel Beater / Body Repair Technician

Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques

Experience repairing accident-damaged vehicles

Good understanding of vehicle structures and repair methods

Ability to work to high standards of quality and efficiency

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant bodyshop qualifications are preferred

Full UK Driving Licence
