What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing and headhunting top candidates

Building and managing your own client portfolio

Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Negotiating offers and closing deals

Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement

Becoming a specialist in the UK Government Finance & Property sectors

What's in it for you:

Base Salary: £25,000 - £26,000+

Uncapped Commission: OTE £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3
