Benefits of the Vehicle Technician:
Competitive basic salary of £35,000 to £40,000, with the potential to earn up to £50,000 including bonuses
Working hours of 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays on a rota paid at time and a half

Servicing and repairing vehicles to high standards, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
Carrying out diagnosis and fault finding with technical competence
Performing repairs within manufacturer guidelines and adhering to safety protocols
Maintaining detailed repair and service records
Supporting the team with general workshop duties and vehicle handovers
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional serviceRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:
Proven experience as a vehicle technician, preferably within a franchise dealership
Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; Level 2 with significant experience encouraged to apply
Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
