Structure Recruitment is looking for an experienced Electrical Improver to join an ongoing project across various sites in Southampton. This role is suited to a genuinely experienced improver who is confident working outdoors and travelling between multiple sites.
Scope of Works

Installation of SUEZ equipment on various sites across Southampton

Installation of SWA (Steel Wire Armoured) cables

Mounting of weatherproof enclosures

Working on street works sites
What You'll Need

Proven experience as an Electrical Improver (essential — not entry level)

Valid ECS card

Full UK driving licence, with own transport for travel between Southampton sites

Comfortable working outdoors on street works sites in all weather

Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work overtime when required
Hours & Pay

10-hour working days, with some overtime available

Competitive rate, dependent on experience
