Job Purpose
Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be working within the engineering maintenance team. You will provide all – round engineering support, maintaining the building infrastructure. You will have a detailed understanding of all new of current Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings and complying with the Health & Safety/Building Codes of practice.
Job Responsibilities

Emergency lighting
-
Issue relevant site Permits as part of the Safe System of Work

Completion of PPM and reactive tasks for their respective shift team

Identification of materials required to be ordered in a timely manner and completion of the internal Materials Request Form (MRF1)

Maintain effective shift handovers
-
including critical plant status, plant isolations, issues arising, ongoing works, special task requests, standard of housekeeping
-
Timely implementation and recording of statutory inspections including accurate recording.

Control of 3rd party contractors including monitoring of work performance and standards, including internal auditing where applicable in conjunction with the Shift Manager
