Gas Service Only Engineer
Day Rate: £230 per day
Location: Sandwell
Contract: Social Housing
We are looking for a qualified Gas Service Only Engineer to work on a Social Housing contract covering Sandwell Council.
The contract covers a small 10-mile radius, meaning minimal travel between jobs.
Key Responsibilities

Service gas central heating systems

Carry out full strip-down and clean boiler services

Fit CO₂ and fire alarms

Work independently and use your own initiative

Complete all required paperwork and obtain customer signatures confirming work has been completed satisfactorily
Skills & Qualifications

ACS Certified
-
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

Previous Social Housing experience

Own van, tools and relevant insurance

Clean DBS
-
Full UK clean manual driving licence
