We’re looking for an experienced MOT Tester & Vehicle Technician to join our busy, well-established workshop.
If you’re a skilled technician who takes pride in your work, can diagnose and repair vehicles confidently, and is looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with no weekends, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out:

Class 4 MOT testing
-
Vehicle servicing and maintenance

Diagnostics and fault finding
-
Mechanical repairs
-
Routine inspections and general workshop duties
You’ll be working as part of a friendly, supportive team, while also being trusted to work independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
What We Offer

£30,000–£40,000 per year, depending on experience

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

No weekends

20 days’ holiday + bank holidays

Holiday increases by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 25 days

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:

Full UK Driving Licence covering Class 4 vehicles

DVSA-approved MOT Tester Licence – Class 4

Minimum 4 years’ full-time experience servicing and repairing Class 4 vehicles

Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (NVQ, VCQ or equivalent) or approved industry accreditation

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

Ability to work confidently and independently
