Responsibilities include:

Rinsing trolleys of fish

Weighing trolleys of fish and recording weights against tare weights
-
Taking of Temperature controls & recording on CCP controlled Documents
-
Plan & Manage workloads within a small team
-
Move in a controlled process trolleys of fish
-
Use of programmed Kilns
-
Smoking / Cooking of fish through Kilns
-
CCP Cooling controls
-
Inputting data on PC
-
Mixing of dusts to specification
-
Cleaning of Smoke Generators
