We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our growing team, delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across a variety of properties and sites in the Wyton area.
As a Painter & Decorator, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating work, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and paint surfaces to a consistently high standard.

Apply paints, coatings, and finishes to internal and external surfaces.

Carry out thorough surface preparation including sanding, filling, priming, and making good.

Undertake colour matching and ensure accurate finish specifications are achieved.

Apply specialist finishes including stains, varnishes, and protective coatings where required.

Hang a variety of wallcoverings and wallpapers (desirable).

Work collaboratively across multiple projects to meet programme deadlines.

Monitor decorating materials and request stock as required.

Ensure works are delivered within agreed budgets and timescales.

Maintain excellent standards of quality, health & safety, and housekeeping on site.

Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and site teams.
