Hays are recruiting on behalf of an established housing association in Manchester for a Neighbourhood Officer for an initial 3-month period.
Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week.
A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and business insurance are essential.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for delivering a high‑quality neighbourhood and tenancy management service, acting as a visible presence across local communities. The role centres on ensuring homes are well‑managed, tenants are supported, and neighbourhood issues are resolved quickly.
Managing a defined patch
Leading on complex tenancy matters
Supporting community engagement
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partnersWhat you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in tenancy management, including arrears, ASB and legal processes
Confidence carrying out home visits, inspections and risk‑based tenancy reviews
Ability to build positive landlord-tenant relationships and intervene early
Skilled in multi‑agency working and partnership building
