Class 2 Dustcart Driver
We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a busy waste and recycling operation.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30am – 1:00pm
This is a hands-on Driver/Loader role, so you will be required to assist with loading duties as well as driving the refuse collection vehicle.
Duties include:

Driving a Class 2 refuse/dustcart vehicle

Completing scheduled refuse and recycling collections

Assisting loaders with manual collection duties

Carrying out daily vehicle checks

Reporting any defects or safety concerns

Ensuring collections are completed safely and efficiently

Following all site and road safety procedures

Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

Previous Class 2 driving experience

Refuse or waste industry experience is desirable

Comfortable carrying out manual loading duties

Reliable with a good attitude towards health and safety
