About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plasma Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Plasma Operator will operate and monitor plasma cutting equipment, inspect finished parts, and ensure production meets quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities

Operate plasma cutting machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.

Load and position materials according to job specifications.

Set machine parameters and make adjustments as needed.

Monitor cutting operations and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper dimensions.

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment problems.

Follow company safety procedures and production standards.

Complete production records and other required documentation.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience operating plasma cutting equipment preferred.

Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus.

Ability to read basic blueprints or technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to use basic measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
