We are currently recruiting Technical Machine Operators to join our client's growing production team.

The Role
Working within a fast paced manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while helping to maintain high production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

Working within a fast paced manufacturing environment

Monitoring product quality and reporting any defects or issues

Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Supporting the production team to achieve daily output targets

Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with site standards

Carrying out manual handling and lifting duties where required
Working hours: Sunday 00:00 - 06:00, Monday to Thursday 22:00-06:00.
Pay rate: £15.77 per hour (£13.10 per hour + £2.67 per hour shift rate)
What We're Looking For

Previous machine operating experience is essential

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

A reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude

Ability to work the required shift patterns, including rotating shifts where applicable

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
