Bathroom Designer - Showroom Based
Up to £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Full-time, Permanent
Mon - Fri with 1 in 3 Saturdays (Half day)
We’re recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Bathroom Designer for a successful and growing bathroom showroom.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines creative design skills with a strong sales approach. You’ll manage customers through the full journey- from their initial showroom consultation to the completed design, quotation and order.
The role

Welcome customers and understand their requirements, style and budget

Create attractive and practical bathroom designs using CAD software

Provide knowledgeable advice across products, materials and layouts

Prepare accurate quotations and manage customer orders

Follow up enquiries and convert showroom leads into sales

Develop strong relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience

Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge

Work towards individual and showroom sales targets
What we’re looking for

Previous bathroom or kitchen design experience

Experience using CAD or similar design software

Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
-
A creative eye with excellent attention to detail

Confidence managing customers throughout the complete sales process

A proactive, organised and target-driven approach
