Process Technician – Electronics Manufacturing / Production
We are recruiting for a Process Technician to join a production environment, supporting the build, rework, modification and testing of electronic components and assemblies. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on production experience and a strong understanding of IPC standards.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out component rework and modifications in accordance with IPC standards.

Build assemblies following approved production procedures.

Perform basic test routines at sub-assembly and GA levels.

Compile test reports and complete production and quality documentation.

Update and maintain relevant business information systems.
Skills & Experience

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.

Experience of electronics assembly, component rework, modification and testing.

Knowledge of IPC standards and production procedures.

Methodical and analytical approach with strong attention to detail.

Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Relevant backgrounds may include Process Technician, Production Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Electronics Technician, Assembly Technician, Rework Technician or Test Technician.
