D7 are working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading Environmental Health consultancies to strengthen their nationwide auditing team with the appointment of three Food Safety & HSE Consultants across the London & Bristol
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected organisation working with a diverse portfolio of clients including schools, universities, NHS facilities, and leading names in the catering and hospitality sectors, supporting compliance across environmental health and health & safety management frameworks.
We are seeking Food Safety & HSE Consultants to deliver pre-scheduled audits and provide clear, practical guidance based on findings and best practice. You will join a well-established nationwide team, working in a flexible home-based role with regular regional site visits.
This position combines technical expertise with strong client service, requiring accurate, high-quality audit reporting and a professional approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver Environmental Health & Safety audits across a range of client sites within your region

Produce accurate, high-quality audit reports within agreed timescales

Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure efficient planning and delivery of audits

Meet quality standards

Provide clear, professional client feedback, including compliance insights and practical remediation guidance

Uphold exceptional customer service standards across all client interactions
What We’re Looking For

BSc (Hons) in Environmental Health (CIEH or REHIS accredited qualification required)

Strong understanding of Environmental Health, Food Safety, and HSE compliance frameworks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail with excellent report writing ability

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Confident IT skills and ability to work with reporting systems

Willingness to undergo DBS and/or security clearance checks
