We are looking for motivated and quality-focused Print Finishing (Slitting) Operators to join our growing flexible packaging operation and offer an opportunity to become part of a business that invests in its people, equipment, and creating long-term career opportunities..
Hours of work: This role operates on a 3-week rotating shift schedule.
12 hour shift pattern, Days & Nights, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Main Duties

Operating high-speed slitting machines safely and efficiently

Producing reels to exact customer specifications

Carrying out quality and process control checks

Monitoring and identifying potential issues

Accurately completing production records

Working closely with our Production, Quality, and Technical teams

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
What do we need?

Experience operating slitting equipment within flexible packaging, or manufacturing environments is desirable

A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
