We are working with an established London law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its property team.
This is a varied position requiring experience across both residential and commercial property matters, making it particularly suitable for a solicitor looking to maintain a broad property caseload.
The Role

Residential sales and purchases

Freehold and leasehold transactions

Remortgages
-
Transfers of equity
-
New-build transactions where applicable

Commercial property sales and acquisitions

Commercial leases

Landlord and tenant property matters
-
Reviewing and drafting property documentation

Conducting title investigations and searches
-
Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other solicitors

Managing transactions through exchange and completion
Requirements
-
Qualified Solicitor admitted to practise in England & Wales

Current SRA practising certificate
-
Approximately 2-3 years' PQE
-
Strong conveyancing/property experience

Experience across both residential and commercial property

Ability to independently manage transactions from instruction through to completion

Strong knowledge of relevant property law and conveyancing procedures

Excellent client-care and communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
