Fabric Engineer (Plumbing Experience) – Swindon
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Paid Overtime + Company Van

You'll be covering a portfolio of commercial buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general building fabric works, with plumbing forming a key part of the role.

Working across commercial environments

Travel to sites within approximately 90 minutes
What We're Looking For

Experience as a Fabric Engineer or Building Fabric Technician

Practical plumbing experience

Commercial building maintenance experience

Full UK Driving Licence
