Paying: £41,000 minmum w/ Van and Fuel Card + Overtime/Call Out

Responsibilities:

Working on district/communal heating systems within the properties

Radiator and cylinder upgrades and installs

TRVs/lockshields
-
Diagnosing heating and hot water issues

2 ports and 3 ports

Isolating properties to carry out works
Requirements:

Full UK Driving License
-
Level 2 Plumbing Qualification

Experience in a similar role
-
Experience within social housing (desirable)
