About the Role
We are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our client, a well-established transport operator covering the Oxford and Aylesbury area. Our client operates 24/7, 365 days a year, giving drivers genuine flexibility to choose the work pattern that suits them — whether that's full-time, part-time, block bookings, or weekends only.
Both AM and PM starts are available, and training opportunities are on offer for the right candidates looking to develop further.
Key Responsibilities

Operate HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles for scheduled deliveries and collections

Carry out coupling and uncoupling of trailers safely and efficiently

Ensure compliance with driver hours, tachograph, and Working Time Directive regulations

Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records

Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
Requirements

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
-
Minimum 12 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience

Valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph card

Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude

Willingness to work flexibly across AM/PM shifts as required
