Role Overview
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our supportive and dynamic team at Forge Care’s flagship service in Nuneaton. This role involves delivering occupational therapy within a trauma‑informed and neuro‑affirming framework, supporting children and young people with neurodiversity and complex developmental trauma.
Key Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration

Experience working with children and young people with neurodiversity and complex developmental trauma

Confidence in assessing sensory needs and implementing practical strategies in a residential care setting

Excellent communication, report‑writing and time‑management skills

Reflective practitioner who thrives in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team

Passionate about promoting participation, independence and wellbeing in daily life
