The Role
We’re seeking a Principal Scientist to act as a technical subject matter expert in bioanalytical studies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead method development, validation, and transfer aligned with GCP, GLP, and GMP standards.

Provide scientific oversight, including data interpretation and regulatory reporting.

Act as a technical advisor for business development and client engagements.

Represent the team at industry events and academic forums.

Mentor and develop team members within Laboratory Services.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications

Degree in relevant scientific discipline (advanced qualification desirable).

Strong experience with LC-MS/MS in a regulated lab environment (GCP/GCLP, GLP, GMP).

Proven expertise in bioanalytical method development, validation, and routine analysis.

Knowledge of regulatory expectations and bioanalytical method validation principles.

Track record managing scientific projects efficiently while meeting quality standards.

Leadership and mentoring experience in a laboratory setting.
