Solicitor – Social Housing / Property | 3-Month Locum
A leading housing organisation is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its in-house Legal Services team on a 3-month locum basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with social housing, housing management and property litigation experience to join a supportive team and make an immediate impact.
The role will cover:

Housing management and landlord & tenant

Possession proceedings and disrepair
-
Injunctions and access issues
-
Leasehold and service charge disputes
-
Property agreements, licences and deeds
-
Court and tribunal advocacy
-
Practical legal advice to senior stakeholders
About you:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a current practising certificate

Ideally 3+ years’ PQE
-
Strong social housing / housing management experience
-
Confident managing a varied caseload independently

Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and handling advocacy
