Training Consultant
Annual Salary: £30,000 (pro rata)
Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am– 4pm
Location: Network Healthcare, York house, Edison Park, Dorcan, Swindon, SN3 3RB
Network Healthcare are seeking a confident & motivated Training Consultant to support the Induction and ongoing training of our Domiciliary Care Staff.
Based in our Swindon Branch, this role is crucial to maintaining high-quality care through professional training.
Key responsibilities:

Deliver Induction Training to New Candidates

Deliver regular updates & Refresher training to existing staff.

Support existing carers with E-Learning (3 Yearly)

Ensure all training information is clear and understood by Carers.

Maintain & Update Accurate Training records to ensure good compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
-
A strong background / Experience of working in Health & Social Care (Desired)

Experience with delivering Training in a healthcare setting. (Preferred)

Be able to adapt training in a way that supports carer’s needs.

Strong communication skills.

Be Confident in delivering hands-on, Classroom style training
