PACE Infrastructure is recruiting experienced Industrial Painters, Grit Blasters and Blaster/Sprayers for a long-term rail infrastructure project at the River Avon, Christchurch.
The project involves grit blasting, UHP preparation and the application of M21 and M34 protective coating systems across trackside and non-trackside areas.
Scope of Works
Operatives will be involved in:

Rotary jet washing
-
Grit blasting and surface preparation
-
UHP water jetting
-
Application of 3-coat M21 protective coating systems
-
Application of 3-coat M34 protective coating systems
-
Industrial painting and spraying
-
Trackside coating works during weekend possessions and blockades

Non-trackside preparation and coating works
-
Working in accordance with project specifications, ITPs and quality requirements
Roles Required
We are looking for suitably experienced:
Essential Competencies
Candidates should hold the relevant competencies for their role, including:

ICATS and/or TTP
-
CSCS
-
PTS – Personal Track Safety
-
Face Fit certification
-
Safety Critical Medical / Fit for Work Medical
-
Previous industrial painting, blasting or protective coatings experience
Experience working on railway structures, bridges, structural steelwork and M21/M34 coating systems would be highly advantageous
